What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to us at support@fervorshop.com

Where do you ship?

We currently ship all across India, However there are few places where our services has not reached yet. Please check our services in your area by typing in your area’s pin code at the time of checkout.

Do I need to renew my license?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for all the major cities covered by our delivery partners are 3 to 4 days. However, in case of remote areas it may take up to 7 to 10 days for shipment. In case your package doesn’t reach you within the given time please contact us at support@fervorshop.com P.S. : GRABNXT is not responsible for the delay in the shipment caused by natural calamities or any situation beyond the control of FERVOR SHOP.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We also accept COD (Cash on Delivery). You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Are payments made through Credit / Debit card safe at your website?

At Fervor Shop we guarantee high end SSL security during checkout and payment. All online payments made at our website are safe and secure.

How much tax / GST do I have to pay for a particular product?

All products purchased on FERVOR SHOP are inclusive of tax / GST which shall be reflected on your invoice. There is no additional tax charged by FERVOR SHOP.

How can I track my package?

What if I am not home at the time of receiving the package?

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your area and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
