In spite of the Quality Checks we do, it is possible that the customer receives a product that is not in the best condition. This might happen due to damages in transit or manual errors.
To make sure that you receive the best product, we offer completely free replacements due to misprint and quality errors.
You just have to email (email@example.com) or whatsapp (+91 9310185335) us with a few pictures or a video showing the exact defect with the product within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Please include pictures of the defective product along with the original packaging in which the product was received, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.
On verification, we shall issue a free replacement to you.
Note: We do not accept return or refund based on the colour, design or size of the product chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. We recommend rechecking the size chart, colour and design before making the purchase.
